Our silhouette t-shirts are made from six ounces of soft, sturdy, pre-shrunk 100% cotton. 
The designs are screen printed with special ink which is soft, breathable and always cool.    Womens are soft 100% combed ring spun cotton 1x1 baby rib shirts.

Shirt Specifications

  • All unisex/mens T-shirts are heavy weight 6.0 to 6.1 ounces of soft 100% pre-shrunk cotton. We hand test all Lost Squadron gear to have the best possible quality and durablilty. The shirts are thick, soft and printed with special soft breathable inks. They have specs like seamless collar, taped neck and shoulders, high stitch-density cotton, with double-needle throughout. They last for years.

  • Sweatshirts are super heavy weight cotton and shrink about one full size.

  • Large and Medium kids shirts can be worn by women too.

  • Other shirts sized smaller are the Lost Plane in Orange and Black, surf shirt, the P-38, P-51, F4U, Polo, Spitfire and the Zero available in Adult sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL.

  • Sizing is always controversial when it comes to women's T's, so please excuse our directness. Our girl shirts are not a "junior's" line. It is designed for women of all ages who desire a youthful fit. Because our fabrics are stretchy (especially our Baby Rib, which has a stretch factor of over 100%), each size can fit a wide range of women. When our women/girl T-shirts are to be used to promote an event, our Medium/One Size (indicated by M/OS) is suggested, as it fits approximately 80% of women.

  • Colored t-shirts are piece and garment dyed to give them the richest color available. This means they are the coolest best looking colors available and also means they vary a bit from shirt to shirt, and will bleed all over your white socks the first few times you wash them.

  • Our unisex/mens shirts are 6oz of 100% cotton. The best shirts we can make. The 6oz weight is a garment industry measurement which involves punching a specific diameter piece of fabric out of a shirt and weighing it. (not recommended for brand new gear unless the swiss look is wanted). The punch diameter seems to be classified so the whole measuring process has a voodoo air to it.
    6oz is good.
