"Lunch invasion" looks like a composite shot because its so absurd.
This was a demonstration by the Marine Corps at El Toro.
I was out with the
other air show performers beyond the croud line when we were all engulfed by
this demonstration. That's Clay Lacy's wife Lois and her brother sitting on
the liner from their pick up truck. This was sure a great spot to watch the
Blue Angels because they flew right over us.
